DOing NOTHING IS NOT AN OPTION for me
Supporting the women in our community to escape from the cycle of abuse, recurring violence and living diminished lives. Providing accommodation and or housing for women and their children somewhere safe for them to heal and mend their lives.
Education programmes so they can develop and educate themselves so they can find skilled work and meaningful work. Earn their own money, support themsleves and their families, have choices and have options in their lives. If we give women a sense of purpose, a feeling of direction and getting some where and that they matter it will help them make better choices and not fall into the same pattern of distrust, betrayal, abuse and pain.
